TERM & CONDITION
RENTAL RATES
Rental rates are calculated on a Daily / Weekly / Monthly. However, a grace period of 1 hour is allowed for after time due back.
- Extra hour shall be charged at 10% of the daily rate per hour. 4 hours extra consider full day rental. Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Deposit RM200 as paid online transfer
- Paid deposit will be used as the balance payment of the total amount.
DAMAGES
- If either hirer or 3rd party caused the vehicle damage due to an accident. The hirer is responsible to pay for the damage based on the CC group.
- The insurance has been added to the rental car rate. The hirer will only be required to pay the excess and not the daily rental rate until the vehicle is fully repaired and returned from the repair shop.
- Insurance is already included with the rental car, but excess still needs to pay if got damaged.
- The rental rates DO NOT include full indemnity for accidental damage to third-party property and bodily injuries. However, the hirer is always responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause not exceeding the table below:

- If the hirer accidentally fills the vehicle with the wrong fuel. The hirer is responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause not exceeding the table below (one-time payment):

- The hirer is responsible for damage as a result of illegal, negligence, careless actions, tyre punctures, burst tyre, fuel errors, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned-off electrical devices, loss or damage to the vehicle accessories and damage of windows, mirror and undercarriage.
- If the accident or damage to vehicle is cause by third-party vehicle, then the hirer is responsible to get all third-party detail such as vehicle registration number, driver’s name and driving license number. If the claims cannot be made against third-party insurance, therefore all damage will be borne by the hirer subject to the excess clause as mentioned in terms and conditions no. 4.
- The hirer is required to inform our company and make a police report within 24 hours from the time of an accident or from the time you’ve found out about the theft or loss and get a police report in writing.
PARKING FEES
- The hirer are responsible for all parking fees or Traffic/JPJ/DBKK fines/compound incurred during the rental period.
VEHICLE CLEANLINESS
- Any liquid spills on the car seat and car floor will be charged RM250. Causing bad odours (raw foods, dried seafood, durian etc) in car will be charged RM350.
NO PETS ALLOWED
- Pets are not allowed in the vehicle at any time.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT
- No refund for any cancellation/amendment. Any amendment date and type of car are subject to availability.
- 14 days before cancel and refund is available.
HEIGHT CAUTIOUS
- High roof vehicles are not allowed to park in building such as shopping malls, hotels, condos, apartments and etc.
- If found high roof damaged, you will be charged RM2,500 (1 time payment).
CARD PAYMENT
- Payment by card will be charged 5% from the total amount.
DISTANCE LIMITATION
- Driving area is within Kota Kinabalu town. Driving over Kota Kinabalu area will be charged respectively as below area lists and subject to company permission.

DILIVERY SURCHARGE
- Surcharge (RM50-RM100) for delivery out of Kota Kinabalu City Centre. Free pickup and return at Airport and KK City Centre.
MIDNIGHT DILIVERY CHARGES
- Additional charge for midnight delivery – RM50/deliver (9pm – 8am)
